This policy defines the pickup and delivery responsibilities that every Shop must follow to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment on Googly fashion
1. Delivery Timeline
Shops must deliver the correct and specified products within 48 hours of receiving an order confirmation from Googly Fashion. Timely dispatch is essential to maintain customer satisfaction and platform performance standards.
2. Packaging Requirements
All products must be packed using official Googly Fashion packaging materials to ensure consistent branding, product safety, and customer trust. Any unauthorized packaging or branding will be considered a policy violation.
3. Delayed Delivery Penalty
Failure to deliver an order within the required 48-hour timeframe will result in a fine of BDT 230 per delayed order. Repeated delays may lead to additional penalties, temporary suspension, or delisting from the platform.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Delivery
If a product is delivered damaged, incorrect, or late, the Shop will bear the full logistics cost for both the outgoing delivery and return shipment. Googly Fashion reserves the right to recover these costs from the Shop’s pending payouts.
